You were definitely better off skipping Metro Beaudry, as the stairs were designed by someone who lacks an understanding of human anatomy: repeated sets of six or seven steps, then a (maybe 20 foot long) landing that slopes slightly downward. Every single landing has that slope, which could easily be eliminated by adding one more step to some (possibly not all) of the flights of steps.

I went from astonishment to loud indignation at discovering this, a few weeks ago.
