(It's getting to the point where I'm no fun anymore ....)

Depression seems to be kicking high enough to get moderate disorganised anxiety responses. Also, it feels like there's a short somewhere in whatever bit of brain circuitry powers my emotional responses, which means they're erratic and I'm kind of detached and unresponsive.

(I am sorry ....)

Someday, I may be real again. Right now, I feel like a ghost or a shadow.

Interesting. For me it seems to be the other way round - anxiety triggers depression.
