Yeah. So. Weekend.

That was simultaneously very busy and very lazy. Ahh, paradox is my friend.

Amongst various things that happened, [livejournal.com profile] arawen tried to fix my wireless card (the software is not broken with regards to the wireless card; it is, however, broken in all kinds of other exciting ways and should probably be reinstalled), my shoulder siezed up something fierce but [livejournal.com profile] arawen got it back down to a dull roar, I watched The Last Unicorn for the first time since very small with [livejournal.com profile] whispercricket, [livejournal.com profile] teinedreugan, and [livejournal.com profile] arawen, I was attacked by a sizzling udon noodle and helped demolish the last crew members on the good ship sushi, I arguably discovered my Forces focus (hah!), I teased [livejournal.com profile] shaddragon for being cute about boots, I prodded a lot at definitional/territorial issues and their intersection with long-term reality, there was prodigious quantities of snuggling and discussing of crackpots, and I made an important promise. Also TMI elided and tremendous quantities of "And you may ask yourself -- well, how did I get here?". (Same as it ever was.)

Next week must do things, graah. Possibly also poke at the painting.

A thing to play with in a to-do-wise thing: sort out all the long-term structural stuff that I'm trying to kick my life into being able to support and start breaking it down into tiny bits for processing. That would actually be productive on that front.

*plays with current music in honor of finding old RM friends* Ahh, the wonders of the intarweb.

[ *snork* It followed that with "Dirty Water". BOSTON! ]

Nice! And amen to metaphor and chaote-ish tendencies. I haven't indulged mine recently - I might have to work on that. It might help me move to being a less wannabe type of Vdept.

Huh. I thought that the two-cat system would make a fairly good Discordian filter grid. Fuzzy logic and all...

I think you have to interleave them and rotate them at a 45-degree angle to each other. Otherwise, they're like polarizing glass arranged crosswise.
