I used to have trouble with stuck sheds a fair amount.
I wound up covering the top of the tank to keep the humidity in, got a tank humidifier from Dr. Foster's and . . . oh, bother. From here, that's easiest. On the rare occasions he gets stuck again, I soak him with some shed-ease stuff or whatever it's called. :}
I tried making him a damp hide box, but he wouldn't use it. I may try again with a different idea some other time.
