I'm pretty sure the difference is due to the drifts from the lack of a leap year. But it raises the question of whether the festivals should be compiled by distance from the new year defined by Sopdet or the new year defined by the drifting calendar or ... waugh.
I'm trying to simplify this stuff a bit, but that adds a layer of thinking that I was hoping to skip by going "Okay, this festival is held on such-and-such Peret, so I put it here...." I have to decide which Peret...
